TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum travelling charges will be charged for every round of home delivery. In case the customer is not available at home, then, the clothes / articles can be collected by the customer from the nearest branch / outlet of Amarpak.
- All the clothes / articles including dying works are handled entirely at customer’s own risk.
- Delivery of the clothes / articles cannot be claimed without the production of this receipt. In case this receipt is accidentally lost by the customer, then, he must have to bring his original Computerized National Identity Card for the collection of clothes / articles.
- It is our discretion to use any process as considered fit by us for the cleaning of clothes. Amarpak is not at all responsible for shrinkage of clothes, damage of zips, and loss of buttons, buckles, etc.
- Amarpak tries its best to remove stains, however, there is no any sort of guarantee for the removal of stains.
- In the event of any loss or damage done by Amarpak to any sort of cloth / article, Amarpak shall be liable only for the necessary repairs of the part injured / damaged. If the injury / damage is not repairable then the liability of Amarpak for that injury / damage shall not exceed ten times of the cleaning charges of that article. If the clothes / articles are not collected within 90 days of the issuance of this receipt, the Amarpak reserves the rights to give it to any charitable institution without prior notice to the customer.

- Amarpak shall not be responsible for any delay in delivering the clothes / articles in given time due to electric load shedding, machinery fault, strike, etc.
- The firm is not at all responsible for any cash etc. left in the pockets of the articles given by the customer for cleaning purpose.
- The customer is supposed to check the clothes / articles before leaving the counter, after wards, Amarpak will not be responsible for any sort of claim.
